Today I will be on shoe patrol

Today its my cousin's wedding and it will be the first time I've had chance to wear my Louboutins.  I'm a bit nervous about this and I've already scotch-guarded them ready for the day [I can't imagine Posh Spice doing this somehow].  I've already been forewarned that the soles are very delicate so it will be interesting to see how they look at the end of the day.

I have had a sneak preview of the bride's gorgeous shoes (vintage-inspired) so I can't wait to post pictures later. And I'm going to be really brave today and ask to take pictures of people's shoes so I can post them on my blog and pintrest pages.  I got some great business cards from Vistaprint, to hand out, so hopefully people will not think I have some bizarre foot fetish!

As a 'starter for ten', I can show you what my Auntie Debbie will be wearing today, some lovely Ruby Shoo heels from TwinkleToes, a shoe boutique in our local town.  We need shops like these, especially around Blackpool and the neighbouring towns.  Rather than having to rely on the usual high street staples, it's great to have a local shop where you can buy something  unique that everyone else hasn't got. I've been looking at the new shoes TwinkleToes is stocking this Autumn and there are some gorgeous shoes, these two pairs that they are stocking from Dollybird are my favourites so far. I'd definitely be adding them to my Christmas list!

A true shoe fetish post! Good luck with the Louboutins - do tell how they wear, it does vary depending on where you are walking.
