Getting creative

seeking inspiration
I've often struggle with writers block and my creativity fizzles out from time to time so I made a creativity board for work and I'm going to create one at home for my blog.  My work one is a mixture of positive sayings, media articles I like and tips on producing communications, with a couple of shoe images stuck in there.

I need to get more organised for creating blog posts (there is never enough time in the day) I have a pile of magazines to read and loads of cuttings to put into a creative board but I will prevail.  How do you get creative or what inspires you?

Mainly its things that pop into my head, I make sure to have pen and paper next to the bed but other times, like my last post, it is just passing on of information regarding special offers that may be of interest to readers, you expect more fashion week posts as I have been watching a lot of live streamed shows, I like your board idea though! x

Such a good idea - I need to get a mood board going again! I used to do one every week. Now sadly not...

Oh and I like your new typeface - which one is it??

I tend to have a notebook (or three) in my bag to jot down ideas when inspiration strikes, but realistically I end up thinking of my best ideas as I'm drifting up to sleep which means I wake up to a bedside table covers in scribbly post it notes which I can only half read! I think a mood boards a much better idea! x

Love your creativity board. I've never done my own board, I should try it. Whenever I need a boost of creative energy I just watch a good movie or read a passage of a good book and that usually gets my gears going.

I've been looking to get a creative board too, haha I'm not the most organized person so can't really answer that, but when you do sort everything you have to let us know how you did it!
