Match made in heaven?

Jimmy Choo is collaborating with Uggs, with their collection launching this October. It looks like Nicky Hilton got her pair early and tweeted a picture. To be honest, I'm not sure if I like her pair, that are embellished with stars and has fringing detail but I'd be interested to see what the full collection looks like.

Looks like you'd get the glamour of Jimmy Choo and the comfort of the Uggs for a price tag of £695, too high for my pursestrings I'm afraid but let me know if you're planning a purchase.

I know the price is really steep considering how much you can get normal Uggs for. Obviously I expect to see all the celebs wearing them in Heat and Look magazines in the next couple of months!

I still can tbelieve how many people bought the Choo/Hunter wellies for £250, those uggs are hidious but yep Im curious to see the rest!

Emilie - I don't like this pair of uggs either but I'll also interested to see what the rest of the collection looks like.

Pearl - It was interesting to see all the celeb pictures from the V festival wearing their Jimmy Choo Hunter wellies, I think a few will have been given them for free for the free advertising! Louboutin has now just launched a trainer collection, not sure what I think about them!

Today, I was 'spotted on the street', well I suppose you could say spotted in the mirror! I've been meaning to do a post on the boots I own but just haven't got round to doing one yet.  So today, as I've started walking to work due to my car being very poorly. The need to get my dogs Jasper and Harvey to and from doggy-day care (my mum's but didn't it just for one second sound like I was Paris Hilton!) means I needed some boots that were made for walking. where do I start?

I've been neglecting my blog for the past few weeks while I've been suffering from a horrible chest infection.  I've just not had the energy to research shoes and window shop the latest that the high street has to offer. So now I'm dosing up on medicine and determined to get myself back on track. To help kick start my research, I've treated myself to some magazines, including the latest InStyle magazine, with the fabulous Dannii Minogue gracing the front cover. She is one of my favourite style crushes, especially after last year's X Factor.  In my humble opinion, she definitely won the X-Factor fashion crown! In the Style Candy section, they've listed a lovely pair of shoes available at asos.com that meet the nude trend while tickling your fancy with a feather embellishment. Goodbye 2010

As the door to one year closes, another opens Well 2010 is coming to a close.  It's been a mixed bag of a year: a new government in place, Royal Wedding announcements and the plight on miners trapped underground gripped the world.  For me, there were two significant milestones - my first wedding anniversary and the first year since my sister underwent treatment for cancer with an all-clear (we will have five years of these yearly milestones to go through).  In addition, one of my best friends had her first baby and my cousin got engaged on Christmas Day so we have had a couple of great events, which has made a real change from the last couple of years!
